Bhawana has an extensive background in Real Estate valuations, with 9 years at Cushman & Wakefield, before founding Address Advisors in 2019. She's also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and over the years has worked towards the development of various funds that have been accredited for Investments in the Indian Real Estate Market, where she successfully advised developers on the optimal use of their capital.
With the growing demand for e-commerce, and a rising consumerist culture, Warehousing is emerging as one of the fastest growing verticals in Indian Real Estate.
